  A large number of crushers, mills, belt conveyors and other equipment are used in the entire process, which requires a stable power grid and reliable electric drive equipment, as well as a highly intelligent centralized control system to effectively monitor the entire production process. We provide integrated system solutions for cement industry customers from three levels: system centralized control, smart grid, and electric drive:

  1, system centralized control

  The centralized control system is divided into waste gas treatment and batching, raw meal preparation, kiln tail, rotary kiln, mill, and finished product subsystems.

  1) Waste gas treatment and batching system

  Limestone purchased from a limestone plant, steel slag purchased from a steel plant, and sandstone purchased from a sandstone plant are respectively lifted and upgraded to their respective inventory systems. Under the premise that the raw meal mill has been started, the raw material powder belt nuclear weighing system is used to discharge the material .

  Batching control requirements: confirm the start of the mill → bridge belt → hoist → belt conveyor → nuclear scale

  Carry out automatic fixed ratio blanking, set the total blanking amount and various material ratios to implement uniform blanking.

  2) Raw meal preparation

  The raw material powder belt conveyor is fed into the bucket elevator bridge belt into the raw meal mill, and at the same time, the high temperature fan keeps blowing and drying the raw material powder in the mill. After being ground into raw meal powder, the coarse powder is passed through the belt type by the powder separator. The conveyor is sent back to the mill; the qualified fine powder belt and bucket elevator are sent to the raw material homogenization warehouse.

  Raw material section control includes: feed interlock and discharge interlock.

  3) Kiln tail system

  The main kiln tail system feeds the homogenized raw meal quantitative feeder into the conical preheater and preheats the raw meal to 200~300℃ for class C1, 300~450℃ for class C2, and 450~600 for class C3. ℃, C4 level preheated 600~800℃, then sent to the rotary kiln for calcination.

  The main interlocking of the kiln tail system can be divided into the homogenization warehouse unloading operation, the feed interlocking and the air cannon interlocking.

  4) Rotary Kiln System

  Rotary kiln system mainly takes the preheated raw material high-temperature calcined mature material and then rapidly cools it, crushes it, and sends it to the finished product mill.

  The main detection parameters in the rotary kiln system are: burning zone temperature, gas temperature, clinker temperature, gas pressure, kiln air pressure, kiln air volume, kiln raw material volume, kiln speed, etc.

  Rotary kiln system is mainly interlocked with crusher discharge interlock and air lock valve interlock.

  5) Finished product system

  The clinker and limestone, slag, gypsum and other raw materials are mixed from the clinker warehouse and sent to the mill to produce finished cement. The main uniform batching control in this section, the nuclear scale realizes automatic batching.

  System functions include: the process of each subsystem, process control, various process parameter monitoring, real-time curves, historical data curves, query, various report generation, etc., and can be equipped with Internet-based monitoring and control functions and mobile network-based SMS alarm function.

  2, smart grid

  1) Power distribution design and hardware

  We have rich experience in the design and manufacture of high and low voltage switchgear and a rich product line, providing different types of high and low voltage power distribution system design outsourcing services and products for different individual needs of customers.   3, electric drive

  A large number of crushers, mills, belt conveyors and other equipment are used in the process of cement production. Most of them have the characteristics of heavy load and frequent starting, and use more winding motors. At the same time, due to the characteristics of the cement industry, the working environment of the equipment is relatively dusty. many. For these problems, we provide the following solutions:

  1) Starting, speed regulation and energy saving of wound motor

  The start of the wound motor adopts the SDQ-A series wound water resistance soft starter, which increases the starting torque and reduces the starting current by increasing the rotor resistance. It is the most suitable soft start equipment for the wound motor.

  The debugging of the wire-wound motor adopts SDQ-T series wire-wound water resistance speed control cabinet, which adjusts the motor speed by adjusting the rotor resistance, which is the most suitable speed control equipment for the wire-wound motor.

  The winding motor can also use HPS series intelligent phase advancer to improve the operating power factor and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

  For the cement industry, we provide a high level of protection for the above equipment to ensure stable operation of the equipment under harsh working conditions.

  2) Soft start of cage motor

  For the starting of various cage motors, we provide various soft starting methods such as GSDQ series water resistance soft starters, GGQ high-voltage solid-state soft starters, GDCQ electromagnetic voltage-regulating soft starters, etc. Among them, the GSDQ water resistance soft starter has low cost, but it is large in size and troublesome to maintain. It needs to be filled with water regularly, and is not suitable for occasions that require frequent starting; GGQ high pressure solid state soft starter is small in size, maintenance-free, and can be started multiple times in a row , But because the power electronic devices are directly connected to the main circuit, the reliability is relatively low; the GDCQ electromagnetic voltage-regulating soft starter has moderate volume, maintenance-free, high reliability, and can be started multiple times in succession, which is suitable for high reliability Occasions. According to the different needs of customers, we will choose the most suitable starting equipment for you.

  3) Low-voltage motor starting and energy saving

  Various types of low-voltage motors can use DGQ series soft starters to realize soft-starting of the motors, or use low-voltage inverters to realize soft-starting and variable-frequency operation of the motors, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
