The administrative personnel department of Dayu Electric organized a 4-day training for new employees from March 4th to 7th. A total of 22 new employees participated in the induction training. The training content is mainly divided into two parts: military training and teaching. For newly recruited colleagues, military training is their first attempt and first experience in Dayu. During the training, new employees were also organized to visit the production workshop. During the visit, the engineers explained and learned according to the actual product, interacted with the trainees, and answered the questions encountered in the work with reference to the actual product, which deepened the new employees’ understanding of the company. The knowledge and understanding of the product in order to better promote, publicize and use in the work, and better serve the customers.
The fire safety training focused on explaining and demonstrating how to adopt correct fire fighting methods and selecting appropriate fire extinguishing equipment, so that every new employee can actually operate fire fighting equipment and how to use fire hydrants, so that everyone can further enhance their awareness of safety and fire protection.
