1. Dayu Electric has established a strategic technical cooperation relationship with Emerson of the United States. It has fully introduced the environmentally-friendly IGBT high-voltage inverter technology developed by Emerson’s power and electronic technology, and developed and produced Dayu Electric’s GBT-MV series of high-voltage Frequency converter. The control system adopts an advanced multi-core control platform (2×DSP+1×FPGA), highly integrated design, powerful functions, and avoids a large number of connectors. The main control system is installed in an overall shielded case, which improves the anti-interference ability of the system. The overall system adopts multi-level SPWM control to realize the variable frequency speed regulation drive control of the high-voltage motor, and effectively exert the power of the high-voltage motor variable speed operation. It plays a positive role in improving the control level of the equipment, meeting the process control requirements, and reducing the power consumption of the motor. .
GBT-MV series high voltage frequency converter is a voltage source type, high-high structure frequency converter. It adopts unit series connection and uses the principle of phase shifting and superposition to generate a nearly perfect sine wave. It directly outputs 6KV/10KV voltage without any output boost device. , Can directly drive high-voltage motors.

The high-voltage inverter system consists of a phase-shifting transformer, 24 (15) single-phase H-bridge inverters (three-phase input and single-phase output power units) and a control system. The AC output of each power unit is connected in series to achieve 10kV (6KV) Medium voltage output.
GBT-MV series high-voltage inverter adopts a multi-unit series structure. The input of the power unit is the output winding formed by a phase-shifting transformer. The front and rear two-stage units are connected end to end. The final Y-connected structure has a superimposed output of 6KV/10KV. ,
Features
1. It can adapt to harsh input voltage fluctuations, and can work within the input voltage range of -45% to +15%. Some manufacturers can only guarantee normal operation when the input voltage drops by 30 to 35%.
2. Three-level thermal redundancy of the control power supply. One control power supply comes from the high-voltage power supply circuit, and the other control power supply is taken from the external power supply; compared with the control power supply using two low-voltage circuits plus UPS power supply, the reliability is improved by an order of magnitude to ensure The inverter works uninterruptedly. Even when the control power supply and high voltage are powered off at the same time, the backup battery (or super capacitor) keeps the inverter from losing control, making the system safer and realizing thermal redundancy of the control power supply. The backup battery (or super capacitor) is simpler and easier to maintain than the UPS.
3. Unique heat dissipation and dustproof design, the power unit overheating protection setting value is up to 90℃, and the maximum working environment temperature of the inverter can reach 55℃.
4. The main control system adopts a three-core control architecture (dual DSP+FPGA). The logic operation and arithmetic operation are separated. The operation speed is faster, the anti-interference ability is stronger, and the system is more reliable.
5. The main control board adopts an 8-layer PCB board design, which has better immunity than 4-layer main control board; some manufacturers mostly use 2-layer boards or even single-layer boards.
6. The product design meets more stringent indicators than the IEC standard, and the standard product can output a rated voltage of 10kV in a plateau environment with an altitude of 3000m.
7. It has a debugging mode. It uses an external 380V low voltage voltage to increase to 10kV/6kV through the auxiliary winding of the phase-shifting transformer without connecting to the high-voltage input. The no-load debugging of the main power is performed, and the debugging and maintenance are simpler and safer.
8. With the "black box" function, it can record the real-time information of the fault in the first two cycles of the fault, and when the fault occurs, freeze the core electrical data of the two cycles before the fault occurs; at the same time, it can store more than 5000 alarms and faults Recording is convenient for maintenance and fault diagnosis.
9. I/O interface: switch input up to 50 kinds of combinations are optional, output up to 30 kinds of signals are optional; analog input and output are 4 channels; analog output is up to 10 kinds of signals optional, Some manufacturers mostly use I/O solidification, and the input/output points are not enough and need to be extended by PLC.
